It means that Steve has entered the exaulted realm of what is known as the Xbox Live community. It’s been a long and arduous journey, but he has arrived and is prepped for battle. From this moment on, Steve, will be known as “A Turrd” (Xbox Live would not allow “Turd” due to it’s vulgarity).
